When is drunk and on drugs happy funtime hour

They fail. Poor timing, poor transitions, and a lack of coherence all work against any potential comedy that may be developed in any given segment. While the individual characters created in each skit COULD indeed be developed into funny stand alone characters and comedy skits, the attempt to merge them into a running story line just doesn't work as executed.

Comedy is a hard genre to tackle, and while I applaud the attempt to mix a sketch comedy format with a running story line, the approach used in the show is simply not effective, and, frankly, not funny.
